2. Working principle of shot blasting cleaning machine

A tooling mechanism is installed in the shot blasting room. The fixture mechanism rotates, and the workpiece placed on the fixture can be uniformly ejected from all directions. The cavity facing the shot blaster is covered with Cr12MoV mold steel wear-resistant protective plates, and the reflection area is covered with Mn13 wear-resistant steel plates, providing effective protection. The robot places the workpiece on the shot blasting fixture mechanism, and then rotates the large turntable 180 degrees into the shot blasting chamber to receive shot blasting. After the ejection is completed, the large turntable rotates 180 degrees, is manually or mechanically unloaded, and then loaded in a cycle of work.
