1、 Overview of shot blasting machine

This machine is manufactured using German technology and is suitable for surface cleaning, polishing, and strengthening of various types of aluminum, zinc, copper, stainless steel precision castings, cast iron parts, motorcycle frames, and steel products with medium to small rolling ratios. The main features of this machine are:

1. We will manufacture domestically based on the shot blasting machine technology of German ExI Schlick company.

2. The shot blaster is driven by a Changlian motor, which has high efficiency.

3. The steel ball flow control valve can be adjusted slightly, and can be opened and closed pneumatically.

4. Two hooks, one for shot blasting in the shot blasting room, and the other for loading and unloading workpieces.

5. The electrical system adopts PLC control, with a high degree of automation.

6. No pit design, saving total equipment investment cost.

2、 Working principle of shot blasting machine

The workpiece that needs to be shot blasted is manually suspended directly on a rotating hook or workpiece hanger. The shot blasting room door automatically opens, and the electric car drives the hanger to the front of the shot blasting room's traction bow | system. From here, the hook automatically enters the shot blasting room and waits for the shot blasting operation,

After the lifting device is in place, the throwing chamber door automatically closes and the electrical interlock is activated. The lifting device rotates, the throwing fan operates, the shot valve opens, and the throwing operation begins. The shot blasting process lasts for 5-10 minutes, depending on the process requirements of the parts.

The lifting tool will perform forward and reverse rotation and reciprocating motion to ensure that all surfaces of the workpiece can be completely cleaned. After the shot blasting operation stops, the door of the shot blasting room will open in white. Afterwards, the PLC controls the pantograph system to push the lifting device to the door of the field shot blasting room, and then the electric trolley sends the workpiece back to the loading and unloading area. Then another round: the dagger workpiece is thrown into the shot blasting chamber to perform a rapid blasting operation. The equipment is equipped with two efficient and low maintenance shot blasters, which are driven by direct motors and can shoot a maximum of 120 kg/shot per minute (the steel shot flow rate can be manually adjusted). The steel shot strikes the workpiece at an initial speed of about ZO meters per second. After being struck, the steel shot falls to the bottom of the shot blasting chamber, and is then collected by the spiral feeder and elevator into the sorting device at the top of the elevator. The separator is operated by the negative pressure provided by the dust collector to screen the recovered steel pellets. It is to separate the broken steel balls and dust during the impact process. Through the sorter, the steel air from the grid will be directly directed into the storage bin above the throwing fan, ready for further shot blasting. The steel wind without grid is separated and slid into the waste bin next to the shot blasting room through a sand flow tube. The equipment is equipped with a dust collector (provided by the customer), which is mainly used to provide negative pressure for the separator to screen the steel pellets collected by EuI;
