The equipment can adjust the shot blasting power, steel shot flow rate, and conveying speed, combined with the combination of large and small steel shots, to produce sand surfaces with different effects, meeting the shot blasting requirements of various profiles.

2. The equipment adopts PLC and touch screen communication, which can directly digitize the setting of process parameters. At the same time, it has the function of displaying the working status and fault location, making it convenient to monitor the operating status and maintain maintenance.

3. Loading, feeding, sand pouring, and discharging are all controlled by PLC program throughout the process, with a feeding interval of no more than 5 seconds. Production efficiency has significantly improved.
