2. Working principle of shot blasting cleaning machine

This machine is a rubber track type shot blasting cleaning machine. Mn13 wear-resistant protective plates are laid on both sides of the shot blasting room. The projectile enters the high-speed rotating dividing wheel through the chute of the shot blasting machine by its own weight and rotates together with it. Under the action of centrifugal force, the projectile enters the directional sleeve and is ejected from the rectangular window of the directional sleeve, reaching the high-speed rotating blade. The projectile accelerates from the inside out on the surface of the blade and is thrown in a fan-shaped shape at a certain linear speed towards the workpiece, exerting strong impact and scraping on the oxide layer and adhesive material on its surface to achieve the purpose of cleaning the oxide layer and adhesive material. The particles that have lost energy slide down the slope below the main machine, are transported to the bottom of the elevator through a spiral conveyor, then lifted by a small hopper and sent to the top of the elevator. Finally, they return to the shot blasting machine along the spiral conveyor of the separator and work in a cycle. The workpiece is placed on the track and flipped over with the movement of the track, so that all surfaces of the workpiece in the cleaning room can be shot blasted clean.
