2. Working principle of shot blasting cleaning machine

This machine is a track type shot blasting cleaning machine. High chromium wear-resistant protective plates are laid in the shot blasting room. The bullet enters the high-speed rotating dividing wheel through the chute of the shot blasting machine by its own weight and rotates together with it. Under the action of centrifugal force, the bullet enters the directional sleeve and is thrown out of the rectangular window of the directional sleeve, reaching the high-speed rotating blade. The bullet accelerates from the inside out on the surface of the blade, and finally is thrown into the workpiece in a fan-shaped shape at a certain linear speed, vigorously striking and scraping the oxide layer and bonding material on its surface to achieve the purpose of cleaning the oxide layer and bonding material. The particles that finally lose energy slide down the slope below the main machine, are transported to the bottom of the elevator through a spiral conveyor, then lifted by a small hopper and sent to the shot sand separator above the elevator. Finally, they return to the shot blasting machine along the chute and work in a loop. The workpiece is placed in the hopper, which tilts and flips the workpiece onto the track in the shot blasting chamber. With the movement of the track, it flips, allowing all surfaces of the workpiece in the cleaning chamber to be shot blasted clean. After cleaning, the track will reverse and discharge intermittently.
