Cleaning principle:

The oil stains on the surface of the cleaned workpiece are wetted, softened, and separated by chemical forces, as well as water jet and manual brushing by the cleaning machine. The normal and tangential forces generated by the liquid flow impact the surface of the workpiece, causing the dirt layer to break, peel off, and fall off. When the cleaning solution flows along the workpiece, it takes away the dirt particles, thus achieving the purpose of cleaning. This machine is equipped with a centrifugal water pump, equipped with a water tank, cleaning basket seat, spray pipe, gas spring, hinge, electrical box, etc. During operation, the cleaning solution in the water tank is pressurized by the centrifugal water pump and sprayed out through a nozzle set in the cleaning room to clean the parts placed in the cleaning basket. At the same time, a rotating motor transmission chain is used to rotate the cleaning frame, so that the parts in the cleaning basket can be thoroughly cleaned. The cleaning solution is filtered through a filter and returned to the water tank. The cleaning solution can be reused, consumes less water and chemicals, has a high degree of automation, and the cleaning time is controlled by instruments. The workbench rotates automatically, making it easy to operate and very convenient.
